My husband bought me a new phone case…
I had dropped my phone so many times (not on purpose) that it broke and was beyond repair. So this time we thought I should get a “real” case and not the cute plastic one I had…
He got me the universal Otter case. He used to have one and it actually survived when someone ran over his phone (not on purpose). It’s practically indestructible.
But this isn’t just an Otter case…it can be used with all kinds of useful (and fun) attachments. Knowing that I love photography and take thousands of pictures…he bought me the clip-on lens! (He said it was for my birthday and Mother’s Day, but he’s always looking for things that he thinks I’ll appreciate).
These are the parts included in the lens box. There are two different clips, a cute little bag, a nice Lanier, and of course, the lens.
There are four different lens: wide angle, fish eye, and two macro.
My favorite is the macro lens! Here’s a few pics I took in my front yard:

It’s so fun taking pics with the macro lens. It’s like seeing things with a new pair of glasses that just happen to be magnified. ๐ค
I’ll take some pics using the other lens soon and post them here.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Great phone case and incredible photo’s. I have the same lens but don’t use it because I have to take my phone out of the case and I’m afraid I’ll drop it. Broke one before. I really should get my lens out and use it again.
Just think how great a close up of your wonderful food will look! ๐
Yes, it’s fun to use! These lens just clip right over my phone case so I don’t have to remove it in order to use the lens. It makes it so much easier to use!
Very cool, Daisy! I like the leaf pic the best!
I like that one, too, Laura! It’s a little plant that has tiny leaves all over it and the ones on top are almost all white, while the ones toward the bottom are a dark green. At the plant nursery, they tagged it “Snow Bush”. The leaves are very soft. It’s good to hear from you, I pray all is well with you! Xo
How wonderful! I just love this and all the cool pics you can take now!
Thanks, Debbie! Have a very blessed Sunday! ๐
This is very neat! I have read about these lenses but hadn’t paid much attention . . . now I want one!
Yes, you would surely enjoy it! On your place, you could probably use the wide angle lens to capture more than just what the “normal” lens view gives you. It’s great to use when you’re taking indoor pictures and you want to capture the whole room.
Love these! I wanted those lenses at one time, but I just have a regular case, and like the above commenter I didn’t want to take my phone out of the case to use the lenses. But your photos are gorgeous! My husband has an otter case too — being a construction kind of guy — he has actually dropped his phone in a bucket of water and it survived! They’re great. Can’t wait to see your others.
Yes, the good thing about this system is that you don’t have to take the phone case off to use any of the attachments! You simply clip the lens on…and they come with cute protectors so that your lens don’t get scratched. I can’t wait to use the others now ๐
What a cool thing Daisy!! You have such a thoughtful guy there– and those photos!!! I think that ruffly marigold is my favorite!! You’re going to have such much fun with this Daisy!! Looking forward to more photos. hugs!
Yes, he is very thoughtful & kind! He ordered this for me without telling me and couldn’t wait to give it to me. After seeing the photos, now he says he can’t wait to try it! ๐
The photos were truly amazing! Do you have an iPhone?? What kind of lens? The petals looked so velvety, I just wanted to touch them. Be fun to see pics ahead…
Beautiful photos! I’ll have to try out that macro lens!
It’s a lot of fun!
The flowers are beautiful. . . and the phone case sounds wonderful.
HI Daisy– just checking in with you. Missing your posts and hope you’ve just been so busy quilting and seeing kids and caring for church people… Would love to hear what you’re up to… God bless. hugs!
